- The head of state is a president he can be a president for 5 years and can't be reelected so everyone has a chance.The head of Government is a prime Minister.And the prime minster can be a PM for 4 years and can't be reelected.
- How to Overcome it
- The good traits of a leader is kind so they can care of the people in need, diligent so they will not be lazy to give speeches and caring.
- The countries main problem is low quality of education.There is not many teachers.
- We can overcome it by bringing more people to the island and teachers.
