Dog is a symbol (Symbolism)
Golden ray of sunshine lightened up the world like it was celebrating with me. The day has finally come. The dog I had from my birth is turning 10 (foreshadowing). The dog has been my only friend from then and I couldn't stop feeling happy about it.
The amazing day was over. We made our own cake and my dog blew the candle. Also we played with my dog the whole day; the day was absolutely perfect.
As the sun brightly lightened up the sky (repetition), my head was filled with things I could play with my dog that I couldn't yesterday. While I was playing catch, I felt something different. It was like something had changed.
