- Ella argues with her stepmother over taking care of her bratty child. Stepmother threatens to kill Ella's dog if she doesn't take the kid. Meanwhile, the dog got out through a hole in the wall.
- Ella chased after ,the dog, calling its name the whole time.
- When Ella finally caught up to the dog, she had stubbled ,apon a cabin in the woods for sale and found that it was being sold by a family friend

- Ella went to the village and talked to the family friend that owned the cabin.
- The three of them gave Ella a discount on the cabin, as it had fallen into disrepair.
- Ella stole the money needed to buy the cabin, and lived happily ever after.
