- Hey Alice, what do you want for dinner, we have pasta, or sandwhiches-oh my gosh! You didn't tell me you got into that many schools! I have to tell your dad, and all of our family, they are going to be so proud! Wait...why are you so sad? Did something happen?

- I don't know what to do! There are just so many colleges to choose from, and I know that it is amazing that I got into 5 already, but it is just so stressful to figure out which one is the right choice. I don't need any help, so please just leave me alone!
- oh sweetie. First off, I think we should take a couple deep breaths. It might calm both of us down a little. Why are you feeling like this? I thought that Hamilton was your dream school? Have you changed your mind? All of these options must be so overwhelming. what can I do to help?
- Oh honey! You should go wherever you want to go. A small part of me wants you to go to Hamilton, because your dad and I had such an amazing time there, but any school would be lucky to have you, and I support whatever choice you make. Now, lets go watch a movie, eat popcorn, and tell your dad the news!
- wow mom. Thank you for saying that. I honestly don't want to go to Hamilton anymore. But I know that you and dad went there, and I thought that i would let you down if I didn't go there. I think I want to go to Vanderbilt. And I hope that you will support me in that decision
