- When the Bear enters the house Lyddie fights it off while her family goes into hiding. this shows Person vs Nature because the bear is nature and lyddie is fighting against it.
- Oliver twist in the book is fighting against the overseer while wanting more food? this shows person vs person because Oliver wants something that the overseer doesn't
- Lyddie doesnt want to go to church unlike Ameli and the other girls at the boarding house because she thinks you need to pay rent inorder to go there. this is person vs society because the most of he girls go and want to go to church but lyddie doesn' and stays at the bording nhouse
