- Once I made my decision to do my homework and stay responsible by managing my time, I started to make really good grades and thus many doors were opened to me. I have a choice to make for my career path now and I can either start today or I can go to college. Here are a few choices I currently have to make a decision between. I can Go to college at… Harvard! Or I can go straight to work in a fast food restaurant and hope to make my way up the chain.
- Because my friend carter convinced me to do my homework I have become way more mature and now I am able to manage my time and get a lot of work done. Not only do I get all my school work done, but I am also able to do things for fun now and no matter how much work I am given I get it done and still find time to do the things I love. Since I am now able to manage my time way better I have gotten better grades and have gotten into Harvard! This was something that never would have happened if I didn’t start managing my time with easy work when I began high school.
- I now have a job here at this fast-food restaurant in order to make some extra money in my spare time. However, the only reason I have spare time is because I manage my time well and get my school work done quickly and correctly so I am able to come do my shift. With this job I hope to eventually move on to a Tech support job for a major company like Apple or Google after I graduate from Harvard with my computer science and networking degree. With this job, as long as I continue to work hard and make my way up the chain, I will be able to support my future wife and kids. Thanks to my best friend Carter's advice and me taking initiative, I would never be here earning money to support myself before I am able to get a better job to support my future family.
- Now I would Like to challenge you. What is holding you back? What is keeping you from achieving your dreams and becoming successful? You need to change either your mindset or your actions in order to become mature and responsible and surpass the limits you put on yourself. The thing about human beings is that the only limits we have are the ones we put on ourselves. We must tear down these barriers we put up to become successful and achieve our goals.
- For me it was something very simple, Do my homework. It could really be anything for anyone but you must exceed the expectations and limits you put on yourself and become someone great!
- For you, it may be as simple as doing a few chores around the house, or even pushing yourself a little further academically or in something athletic. If you want to be great in anything you have to put in the hard work, it sometimes takes blood, sweat, and tears, but in the end, it will all be worth it. No matter what it is you want, you must be mature, responsible, and must handle your time well. By doing your homework and the simple things, you learn to manage your time and become very responsible as a result.
