The shop Steward will be mandated to represent you at workin any griefiences or disputes.

We all already agreed Musa and Uncle Sam will be our shop stewards.
His or her duties will be to assist and represent you in any disputes with the employer.
According to section 14 of the LRA, two Shop Stewards need to be appointed for every membership from 10 to 50.

The union constitution determines nomination, election and terms of office, and removal of a shop steward.
