In 1774 John Chapman, later known as Johnny Appleseed, planted seeds all around Massachusetts. He was a gentle man who lived alone and loved nature.
After 50 years he had planted millions of apple trees.
One night when he was walking in the forest he tripped on a tree root and fell. After a while, two first nations people found him .
The First Nation people carried him back to their home to help him.
The First Nations people got Johnny Appleseed some special herbal medicine for his wound.
After a few days when Johnny Appleseed could walk again the First Nations people brought him back to the forest and Johnny Appleseed gave them all the apples he had.
