- Highlands:There are no seasons in Highland climate. Any seasonal differences would only be felt at low elevations. In fact, the temperature drops about 3 degrees every 1000 feet in elevation as you move up a mountain .

- •MEDITERRANEAN: Mediterranean climate is found between the 30 degree and 45 degree latitudes. The summer is an ideal time to visit as the temperatures range around 60-70 degrees.
