- Haruki is a highschool student.One sunny day at the hospital entrance he saw a book and out of boredom he picks and read it but suddenly a girl from behind ask for the book
- Climax
- Sakura, The girl from behind is the owner of the book. She told him that, that book is her diary and in that diary, Sakura's illness was written on them but she kept it secret
- Falling Action
- Sakura asks Haruki to be her friend since Haruki knows her secret. Haruki left but Sakura kept on following him so he agree.
- Resolution

- Sakura and Haruki often hang out but Haruki is always shy and quiet. Weeks later Sakura was absent and her best friend notice it and then she saw Sakura at the hospital. Her best friend got confused and ask who is the man outside her room but she doesn't ask Sakura but she ask her why she's in the hospital but Sakura lied and said she's having an appendix operation.
- Sakura's Bestfriend doesn't know the name beside her hospital room . On a weekend Sakura and Haruki went to a cafe but hours past Sakura isn't there yet so Haruki went home and he heard the news about the ill girl collapsing. Haruki burst into tears.
- Haruki find Sakura's best friend to visit Sakura's grave they weren't close but for Sakura they became friends. Sakura's bestfriend felt betrayed but she understand why Sakura didn't tell her about her illness.
