- There was a war between the Philistines and the Israelites
- A giant Philistine named Goliath challenged the Israelites.

- Choose someone to fight me!
- David's Brothers were in the Israelite army. Jesse sent David to deliver some food to them.
- David said that he would challenge Goliath, this made his brothers angry, and said David should be taking care of the sheep. But David still challenged Goliath because he had faith in God.
- David picked up five rocks that were nearby and slingshotted one into Goliath's head. Goliath fell down.
- David picked up Goliath's sword and chopped off Goliath's head. The Philistines got afraid and ran away. God had helped David kill Goliath.
