- Gilmer and Atticus ask about the events of that night, question her declaration, try to guess the truth. Mayella makes contradictions about that night and she breakdown on tears
- She start to yelling the declaration to Anticus and she tries to escape, but she is caught and they try to calm down and Mr. Underwood saw the kids in the court
