- I want to direct bed emergency department patients, and to do that I need to quickly and confidently determine accurate acuity and disposition.
- BIG STEP
- The big thing I need to do is make sure a bed and care team member are available.
- RECOGNIZING SUCCESS
- I know I did it right when the patient is able to bypass triage and be placed in the appropriate level of care.
