The Old Man, the Boy and the Donkey

One day a farmer and his kid were going to market to sell their donkey
So when the men were gone the man put his son on the donkey
Would you look at that! their walking next to the donkey and not riding it.
So when the men past them the father made his son walk while he rode the donkey.
Look at that lazy boy he rides the donkey while his poor father walks
While the men was walking and his son was riding they walked by some men and heard them say
The father was very confused now so he put the son on the donkey with him.
The father and son were doing okay until they passed two women who said
Shame on that lazy man, he makes his son walk while he gets to sit.
When they got to the town they saw people pointing at them so he asked a man why and he said...
That poor donkey, you and your son probably weigh a ton!
At this point the father and son didnt know what to do so they cut down a pole tied the donkey to its feet and walked
When the boy and the farther got to the bridge the donkey got one of his feet loose and kicked off the other rope
The moral of the story is try to please everyone, and you will please no one
The boy had dropped his end of the rope and the donkey drowned because his front feet were still tied to the rope
