This is when Macbeth kills Duncan,. Macbeth's bloody hands symbolizes the guilt he feels from murdering Macbeth. Upon Macbeh's mudererous journey, blood comes to symbolize their guilt, and they begin to feel their crimes havee stained them in a way that can not be washed

Lady Macbeth is wondering around the castle frantically trying to wash out an invisible bloodstain, a symbol of her guilt. IN the start of the play,  Lady Macbeth appears more ruthless than her husband, but towards the end of the play she finally breaks because of the looming guilt for her crimes, and she is unable to cope with the reaality y of what she has done.

Macbeth is shaken from seeing the ghost of Banquo, he now believes he is no longer safe, even from the dead. Lady Macbeth is angry with Macbeth's crazy out burts. by saying this, Macbeth revales to his wife that he has already killed so many people, it would be hard to go back to being good. In this case, blood symbolizes both Macbeth's guilt and his newfound to reserve his life.
