As a department, our strategic goals is to develop initiatives that eliminate youth unemployment, create a system that keeps track on how many young individuals hired to reach quantifiable employment results at the end of our year plan.

Lastly, we plan to also promote laws that aid in the development of young people, by interacting with stakeholders and legislator, to ensure that youth employment projects are supported
Furthermore, we plan to improve youth skill-training initiatives by working together with businesses and institutions of higher learning. To provide young people with skills employers require.
