What I've Learned

- During this course, I feel that I learned a lot of completely new things that i would not have known, were it not for this class. The most important thing that I took from these lessons is that you never truly know how different we all are unless you put the effort into researching. People all over the world are living such different lives and no matter how insignificant it may seem, the slightest differences make a big impact.

- I learned a lot that will help me in the future. I learned that it's highly important to get to know a person first before making any assumptions about them. Mostly because we all have such diverse and varying backgrounds that not everyone is going to think, behave or feel the way you do. We all must learn to understand each other to support each other.

- 5 years from now, I hope to remember the importance of the study of Anthropology as a whole. I want to remember how diverse of a subject it is and how much of an impact it makes. I hope to continue to be able to learn about so many other cultures other than my own and to understand what happens in the world around me.
