Making the new amendment (13th)
#1.Well we won the wars that means slavery ends.I'm going to make sure nothing like this happens again.I'm going to add a new amendment.( The 13th amendment)
#2.It is fair ,you agreed and there is going to be no changes. You shouldn't have been to confident because you never know if you are going to get what you want, at the end of the day.
