- Forgetting a key element for taking long and far away shots. Oh I forgot my selfie stick, if so
- Oh, I forgot my selfie stick, actually does it even fit into my bag when I have a lot in it?...will see if there are strangers to take a photo for me but ah, I don't want to ask someone, the thoughts make me anxious, sigh
- Desired goal and obstacles preventing
- No one is here, I'll just take selfies from my phone, sigh
- It's a beautiful day and Melissa is going for a walk to a local park she wants to take nice photos of sceneryand her in them
- No long shot photo achieved, half body photo was the second best option
- Not havingthe right items because of forgetting the items that make the desired goal possible can lead to thinking about another way to achieve the goal which can include factors that will induce stress eg, people taking the picture
- Melissa has a rest on the bench and has a nap

- Melissa has settled with a plan of action but the desired scenario is not a reality for her to be able to reach her desired goal eg, asking for help to take a picture of a long shot of her in nature for future memories.
- When she wakes up, things are different
- A solution to a problem needs to be envisioned
- Melissa wanted to achieve her goal of taking photos regardless not having the right equipment but the desire to take a photo of a longshot angle with her and the oak tree will always be there
- Desires do not go away and our mind has a way of connecting a solution to a problem we are having not everybody will experience an Angel sent to give a fantastic product idea for a solution but Melissa did.
- Invention
- Sometimes find a solution for a problem our mind will find a way for it to be a physicalreality.
- The imagination is a powerful part of our mind that allows for us to visualise a product design that has not been created yet but has the features that will be a solution to the problem.
- Once we have a solution we can then execute a plan for the product to be designed.
