The best way to deal with cyberbullying is to not retaliate, don't take the rude comments personally because they don't know you, and to take a technology break every once and a while.
Well for starters, I'm going to take your phone away. Only to keep you from checking Instagram. Just remember it's only social media, your life isn't over. You will get through and overcome this .
