- Adeline decided to go to the park after school.
- It was getting hot because she was sitting on the bench, so she decided to get up and buy lemonade.
- When she got up to leave, she accidentally dropped her lemonade and all the ice cubes came out.
- The street was too hot because of the sun, so the ice cubes started melting. (When a solid melts, it turns into a liquid. A liquid is made when heat is added, this causes the IMFs to decrease.)
- The ice cubes started to form a big puddle because of how much they were melting. The sun was too hot so the water droplets started to evaporate. (A liquid turns into a gas. During vaporization, heat is being added. This causes IMFs to decrease.)
- All the water went into the clouds. Later that day, an unexpected rainstorm came. The water from the ice cubes was in those clouds. The rainstorm forms puddles and small 'ponds' around the park and the streets. (A gas turns into a solid during deposition. Heat is being taken away which causes IMFs to increase.)
