- Carl Jung was an advocate for the idea of synchronicity, which refers to meaningful coincidences. An example of this would be thinking about a friend and then getting a text from them.

- Carl Rogers was an advocate for the Person-Centered Perspective. An aspect of this perspective is unconditional positive regard, which is acknowledging feelings without judgement. This character's father is consoling her and acknowledging how she feels about failing her test, but is not passing judgement.
- Costa & McCrae developed the idea of the "Big 5" personality traits. The one shown in this visual is agreeableness, and the characteristics are collaborative, agreeable, and kind. This character is agreeing to her partner's ideas and is open to collaboration. She is also being kind and praising him on his idea.
- I think for our project we should research sea lions.
- One of Bandura's theories is internal and external locus of control. Specifically, external locus of control is when we picture that a force outside of ourselves controls our fate. In this scenario, the student is blaming her teacher because she failed her test, instead of blaming herself for not studying.
