- Okay, I'm beginning to understand. So they have to own a certificate to be able to use the land, and have to follow Crown Land claim rules instead of domestic ones.

- Isn't this a nice farm? Did you know that because Reservation land is owned by the Crown, the First People who build on the land can never sell the land or any infrastructure for money?
- Wait, that means that this farm doesn't actually have any sale value. So any money invested into the land cannot be made back.
