Another part to yours and everybody's wellness is mental/emotional wellness. This includes how you feel on a daily basis and how you think which needs to be in a positive area for your wellness to be good. If you don't watch your wellness it can lead to stress.
Stress management is important to learn about because as you get older you are going to feel stress more occasionally. Some of the best ways to cope with stress can be playing sports, video games, and more. Anything that interests you can get your brain off of stress.

All in all, Total Wellness should be studied more as if you do not give the factors of total wellness enough attention you can end up with stress which needs to be managed in a safe and mannerly way.
