- Dr. Andru enters with nurse Jose to patient Mei's room, where after a conversation, the patient tells him that she is in excruciating pain, and Dr. Andru tells her that he is going to administer medication to take it away.

- Dr. Andru tells Nurse Jose to administer 100 mg of hyoscine intravenously, but this dose is too high considering the patient's age, but the nurse and doctor ignore this and administer the drug.

- Minutes after administering the medication, the patient begins to have seizures, and the physician and nurse are concerned when they realize their mistake.

- Ultimately, this error causes the patient to die almost immediately. The doctor and the nurse are very distressed, and fear going to jail for the mistake they have made.

- The doctor devises a plan to avoid legal proceedings, arguing that the patient died from the effects of her own illness, a version supported by the nurse, and so they manage to get out of the situation clean.

- Days after the terrible event, the doctor was on his night shift; wandering through the corridors of the hospital, alone and in the dark, he began to feel strange noises and presences, so he decided to leave as soon as possible to his office.

- The doctor enters his office, sits down and unintentionally falls asleep, but is awakened by a loud knock on the door.

- The doctor, frightened, leaves the office to see who is knocking at his door, but is even more frightened when he sees that no one is there.

- He immediately returns, but upon entering he is met by the ghost of Mai, who shouts “Murderer” at him, the terrified man falls to his knees and is shocked.

- Immediately afterwards, the doctor faints, and Nurse José, hearing the sound of the blow, enters the office and finds the doctor lying on the floor.

- Then, the doctor woke up and ran as fast as he could to the hospital door, shouting to the nurse that he had seen Mai's ghost, that he didn't want to stay there any longer, and left.

- The next day, Nurse José receives Dr. Bertha, who will replace Dr. Andru.

- The doctor asked the nurse about what had happened with Dr. Andru, and the reason for his resignation, to which the nurse replied, “He says he sees ghosts, but I don't believe him,” they both ended up laughing.

- That same day, in the evening hours, the nurse José is making the rounds, and when he goes to the office, he sees Mai's ghost kneeling on the floor, crying and saying that he is a murderer.

- The nurse rushes quickly to the office, terrified, in shock.

- The nurse came in pale, sweaty and very frightened, and told the doctor what had happened, and showing guilt for Mai's death, accidentally confessed to the doctor her involvement in conjunction with Dr. Andru.

- The doctor, upon learning everything, decides to inform the authorities and ask for justice for Mai's death, the policeman arrests the nurse and he is executed by the law and forced to confess where Dr. Andru is.

- Days after all that happened, Dr. Bertha was in the hospital facilities, and at that precise moment Mai's ghost appears and thanks her for doing justice,
