Gentrification
Let's move in and make this a CBD
Suburbs are residential communities located outside of city centers. Suburbs are usually relatively homogeneous in terms of population. Sub-urbanization is the process of moving people from cities to adjacent residential areas.
Tenements
A gated community is a fenced in neighborhood with control access gates for people and automobiles. This creates a sense of place and security. Most communities have a password for entrance which is only accessible to residents living in the neighborhood.
Rural
Gentrification is the process of a poor urban area being changed by wealthier people moving in. They ten to improve housing and attract new businesses. However at the same time they tend to displace current inhabitants in the process.
A tenement is a type of building shared by multiple people, typically with flats or apartments on each floor and with shared entrance stairway access. A less-complex definition would be an apartment building with boarded up windows, leaky plumbing, and barely-working heating and AC.
Rural is relating to characteristics of a countryside rather than a town. Usually rural areas have a generally low population density and settlements. Even forestry areas can be described as rural.
