Yeah me too! I have an idea! Let’s set goals for the next few weeks of time trials!

So my goal is to run a 100 in 14 seconds by next trial.

Then make sure your goal can be Measurable
Start by making your goal more Specific
You can make a SMART goal!
And lastly, make a good Time limit for your goal.

My new goal is to gradually improve my time trials by gaining endurance as stamina so by the time of the first meet, I will have improved my time.
