- I am so excited to be studying Pastry and Culinary Arts at George Brown College. I have been looking forward to this for a long time.
- Graduation Day 2019
- I've been working at Short & Sweet Bakery for the past year. I really enjoy my job and I have learnt so much! I am going to be competing on the Food Network show "Cake Wars"
- New York City. The city that never sleeps!
- I can't believe I WON! This is like a dream come true.
- And the winner is...JACK CUSIMANO. You have just won the grand prize of $50,000!!!
- Time to celebrate!
- Hi Jack! So nice to see you here! I can't believe I haven't seen you since George Brown.
- Hi David! What are you doing here in New York?
- I have been running a food truck, but business is bad. I am trying to sell my truck for $25,000 because I need cash fast!

- That sounds amazing! I just won a baking competition and this could be a fun adventure!
- I am off an a road trip of the United States in my food truck called "JC Bombolonis". This is going to be the adventure of a lifetime. I can't wait to sell my donuts across the country.

- Oh, no! I'm stuck in the middle of the Arizona desert! My truck has broken down and there is no cell service here. I cannot get in touch with anyone and I can hear the coyotes howling in the distance.
- The only thing I have to live off is enough batter for 10 bombolonis. Today is my second day stuck out here. I have had to feed the coyotes most of the bombolonis so that they don't eat me alive.
- DAY 3...
- HELLLLLP!!!!!
- Thankfully, this nice guy Alex was riding his ATV through the desert and rescued me! I had to abandon my food truck because there was no way to get it out of here without a mechanic.
- I am in Scottsdale, AZ and I have some pretty big decisions to make. I can either get the food truck fixed and continue on my road trip, move to Paris and study with amazing pastry chefs or move back to Toronto.
- 1 year later in Paris...
- Here I am working with Pierre Hermé, the most famous pastry chef in the world. We are in his 3 star Michelin restaurant.
- 5 years later...
- I'm back in Toronto after 5 years away from home. I've moved back to be with my family and to open Toronto's most famous and best pastry store.
