Hi, I am Jackie Beachuamp. I am an adviser at Protection Advice. I use XPlan as my primary financial planning tool to service my clients.
How nice would it be if I could use my google storage to store my documents from XPlan
Or even share it with Jackie Beauchamp my favourite client. She is always giving me hard time about emailing her various documents
I know..I will ring Todd. He always solves my problem!
Jackie has a conversation with Todd around her issues with document storage. Todd agrees to get back to her with options
What can we do for Jackie? Is storing documents in cloud viable?
What about user experience? Can it be simple?
Do we want to support it as a business? what about cost, performance, security?
Lets do some user research to validate our assumptions
