There are also safe houses which also provide a community of people helping you reintegrate and help you with the trauma. Here’s a pamphlet. It also includes additional legal support you can get in case you get pushback on the report.

What I would recommend to do first though is to get to the hospital. It is important that you go within 72 hours of the incident because it allows the hospital to actively work against any issues if they occur. It will help your legal case as well because recency is needed in testing for evidence.
