Isabelle can't seem to count clave...
She's been having a hard time lately. Cuba has been very chaotic thanks to people not liking America letting no one leave. Her friend Ivan just recently built a boat for them to escape.
But suddenly gunfire breaks the silence
Isabel hurries to find her Papa through the now agressive protesting
When suddenly she witnessed something horrible...
She witnessed her own father getting beaten.
How inconvenient.
*End of chapter*
That was mentally scarring...
We're leaving Cuba tonight.
Luckily Ivan comes to the rescue with some plank (it floats fine don't worry about it)
and then they sat on a boat for a while.
(Lightning round) But eventually Ivan slips off and dies
But they've finally found Miami!
But when the coast guards wont let them in...
Nope!
Isabel's grandfather jumps in the water to distract the coastguard!
And it all went right in the end. (Except for Ivan. He's dead.)
