- Dr. UV rides on a beam of solar energy, wearing dark armor with a giant “UV” logo. She points a glowing purple ray gun toward Earth.
- Dr. UV flies around until she meets the CFC gang in a dark lab in the upper atmosphere.
- Just get us up to the stratosphere and let the Sun do the rest.
- It’s time we take Captain Ozone out — permanently

- Dr. UV fires the UV ray at Earth, but Captain Ozone blocks it with his ozone shield. Rays scatter and weaken. Ozone absorbs harmful UV radiation before it can cause sunburns, cancer, or plant damage.
- Time to slice through that shield molecule by molecule!

- Captain Ozone successfully stops Dr. UV, but it isn't over...
- You’re no match for chemistry!
- My shield… breaking… too many holes…
- Cl atoms attack the ozone dome, punching holes through it. Captain Ozone weakens.

- The CFC gang’s plan is to rise into the stratosphere, get broken apart by UV rays, and release chlorine atoms that destroy ozone molecules—weakening Captain Ozone’s shield so Dr. UV can blast harmful radiation down to Earth.
- At last! No shield, no protection — just ultraviolet victory!
- Dr. UV now freely blasts UV rays at Earth through the broken ozone shield. People on Earth are sunburned, plants wilt, and animals hide. Without ozone, UV radiation causes skin cancer, eye damage, and harms ecosystems

- When UV rays hit CFCs, they release chlorine atoms. One Cl atom can destroy over 100,000 ozone molecules.
