I met my friend Montresor and I gave him a little greeting. He seemed unhappy, but I don't know why.(Dramatic Irony)

My friend Montresor was talking about a wine I've always been interested, Amontillado. Montresor was talking about how he received a pipe of what passes for Amontillado which caught my attention.

At the time, I had a cold, but I couldn't let my chance at tasting the wonderful Amontillado go to waste. I put all my health concerns out of the way just to go.

Montresor and I continue to move forward. I kept seeing a strange smile on Montresor's face, and I couldn't put my finger on why. I figured it was just nothing and not a big deal.
My cold has been getting to me lately, and I have been coughing much more. However, that isn't the only thing I'm worried about.. Montresor isn't the type of person to care for someone that much..(Verbal Irony)
I'm so excited to try this Amontillado. I'm quite surprised Montresor is allowing me to try Amontillado. Last time, I messed with him and annoyed him so much to make him angry.
