Malala Gets Shot
When Malala was riding her bus home from school, the bus was stopped by two taliban men who got on the bus and said "who is malala?" Everybody looked at Malala and then three shots were fired, trying to silence her. Malala and two of her friends were shot, they were all rushed to the hospital.

Malala's Recovery in the Hospital
Malala was transferred to three different hospitals before finally ending up at Birmingham hospital where the doctors there were able to treat her. She was shot in the face damaging her nerves and hearing. It took a while for her to be able to walk and move the way she used to but she finally recovered after a lot of physical therapy and surgeries.
