“The Interlopers – Alternate Ending”
Text z Príbehu
- Šmykľavka: 1
- I can barely see anything from here. The branches are blocking my view.
- Georg, look through the trees. I think I see something moving between the branches. Maybe our men have finally found us
- Šmykľavka: 2
- How many do you see? If it’s more than seven, then it must be your men.
- The shapes are getting closer. I think there are several of them.
- Šmykľavka: 3
- Lanterns? Then we should shout before they pass us.
- Wait… I see small lights between the trees. Those look like lanterns.
- Šmykľavka: 4
- Please hurry! The branches are too heavy for us to move.
- Lanterns? Then we should shout before they pass us.
- Šmykľavka: 5
- I hear voices coming from this direction!
- Thank goodness you found us!
- Šmykľavka: 6
- Everyone grab a branch and lift together.
- Be careful. The trunk is pressing against my legs.
- Šmykľavka: 7
- Thank you. Now please help Georg
- We’ve freed Ulrich!
- Šmykľavka: 8
- Alright, Georg, we’re lifting the last branch.
- Finally… I thought I would never get out.
- Šmykľavka: 9
- Yes. We said we would end this feud.
- Georg… do you remember what we promised earlier?
- Šmykľavka: 10
- Our families have fought for too long. This forest isn’t worth all that hatred.
- You’re right. It’s time to finally make peace.
- Šmykľavka: 11
- I accept. From now on, we are neighbors, not enemies.
- Then take my hand, Georg, and let this feud end tonight.
- Šmykľavka: 12
- Tell everyone in the village the feud is over.
- I never thought I would see this day.
- Šmykľavka: 13
- Let them be surprised. Peace is better than hatred.
- When people hear about this, they’ll be shocked.
- Šmykľavka: 14
- But it also brought peace between our families
- This forest almost killed us tonight
