Speech 1: Hey Ben, what coffee did you have this morning? haha.

Speech 3: Yeah I have lost my appetite for most foods. Everything including sleeping has been a struggle even when I feel really tired. It seems like the world is against me, and I don't have my mum here to help me out. My dad is too busy with work to help me out. I don't even know if it's even worth it anymore.
Speech 1: How are you doing Ben? You haven't seemed yourself for the past few weeks. Is there anything going on that we can help with?
Speech 2: Yeah I have noticed you haven't been drinking coffee. You love coffee.

Speech 1: Yeah that sounds like the early stages of depression. Beyond Blue suggests seeing a GP before mental illness worsens as they can diagnose it and suggest ways to manage it.
