- Gregory is a nurse who is also attending medical school. His work allows him to pay for his tuition while also gaining direct experience
- Because of university and work, Gregory doesn't get much time to himself. He often doesn't have time for training sessions and is even forced to skip them sometimes
- Due to the pandemic, the hospital management instructed all nurses to install the MedPlus app so that they can learn the Covid-19 testing course quickly and safely from their homes
- Gregory installs the app and proceeds to the 'Training' page. On that page, he searches for 'Covid-19' to find and take the relevant course
- Gregory continues to use the app since he can just access training sessions he may have missed by searching for it in the app during his free time
