Once reached the refinary, the oil is then filtered and sorted into two categories, stearin and olein. Stearin is often used for margarine and infant fat formulas. Olein is typically used for cooking oils.

This is were the oil is shipped to factories to be turned into food, cosmetics, and cleaning/hygiene products.More pollution due to co2.
Sold
Now, the oil is turned into products we know like food products such as nutella and doritos, cosmetices and cleaning products. Depending on the mass of the factory, the may being fumes polluting the air.
Consumed
The products are taken to the shops.Another procces were air pollution is being created.
Now, the products have arrived at the shops and is sold to thousands of customers.
The poducts are now used and consumed, but you might think this is the end of the journey. Once used the packaging is then thrown away and taken to landfill.throughout the procces of getting to the shops and back, more co2 is polluting the air.
