- Karen runs a local plumbing firm in Smallville. Six people work for her. She has "Gold" and "Silver" level customers.
- Joe is a local resident. He has a flood in his house. Joe is not happy. He needs a solution to his problem. Joe is one of Karen's "Gold" customers.

- Joe calls Karen. He could use PreVisionX to order the service, but he is too stressed!
- Karen uses the PreVisionX web app to immediately dispatch Michael to fix Joe's problem.

- Back in the office. Karen "presses the pay button" on PreVisionX. Michael is immediately paid and Joe's credit card is charged, with no paperwork. Karen can prove her company delivers superb service.
