The sign language says: I am being murdered. Earth killed me. Find my phone.
Dash is wondering about how Dr. Holtz is saying he is going to reveal the truth to a mysterious person. Who he assumes is on the phone. And the caller agrees.

Dr. Holtz was found dead after a walk on the moon. Dash thought he was murdered. But no one believed him.

Surveillance footage showed that Dr. Holz went on to the moon. He was doing sign language. It said that earth killed him.
The sign language says: I am being murdered. Garth killed me. Find my phone.
On the moon, Dash found Dr. Holtz's phone. Out of nowhere, a giant robotic arm attacked Dash. The phone broke. Dash's space suit nearly broke too.

A static recording shows that Dr. Holtz discovered an alien life form. The alien was intelligent. Dr. Holz planned on making a speech about the alien. Someone blackmailed him into not making the speech. He sent Dr holds onto the moon without a spacesuit on correctly.
The residents of Moon Base Alpha watched the footage. Dash's mom discovered that the computer was wrong. The sign language said that Garth Grisan killed him. Not Earth.
