- In class before school started
- HAHAHA. You are so funny.
- When class started
- There is no way I will ever be friends with John. He is total opposite of me
- During recess
- Come over!
- John's friend laughed hysterically as John told another hilarious joke. There were people crowding around his table while Timmy, his complete opposite, was sitting on his desk quietly waiting for the class to start alone.
- During recess
- Timmy stared at John and thought to himself, "There's no way John and I would ever become good friends. He's too popular and loud to be friends with me."
- During recess
- ....and that's why the chicken crossed the road.
- John noticed Timmy's stares and shouted across the classroom, "How about you join us in our conversation?" he invited. His friends looked at Timmy with welcoming and warm smiles.
- A few weeks later
- Timmy's face flushed with embarrassment and he became as red as a tomato. He lowered his head and started taking his first steps towards the gigantic friend group with his small frail ginger body with an uptight fit and little freckles on his cheeks. When Timmy sat down on the chair everybody started talking again making him feel like the odd one out.
- Slowly but surely, Timmy started opening up and became one of their own. He also started talking and getting along with his fellow peers. Not only that, he also started to become best of friends with the one who invited him over in the first place, John.
- After becoming best friends with John, he started gaining massive popularity and even started a friend group of his own with John in it too. From that day on, he became more open to others and his social circle continues to widen.
