- Let's meet the second family.
- This is Will Hard. He co-owns a company with his friend from school. His name is Dr Ellis (tv screen) - he has a PHD in history and is a teacher in his spare time. In front of him is his two most trusted employees: Bob Downs, head of accounting and Will's assistant Denise Dylan.
- This is Eliza Hard. She is a busybody who loves to know all the gossip of the rich people in the area. There is very little she doesn't know (academic and street wise). She is very manipulative of others, including her own children so they can be the best. They will be the best.
- This is Finn Hard. He aspires to be a detective and join either the FBI or CIA with lovely shove in the right direction fro his mother. He likes to stay up to date on news so will not hesitate to correct any false information regarding current events. He's often called "Actually" due to his interruptions.
- This is Tanya Hard. She aspires to be a musician. She can play all the instruments seen below. She wants a career with which she can meet lots of people and socialise. However her mother says she cannot 'socialise' until she has a successful career by her standards.
- Owen
- This is Angus and Mary Hard. Angus has written seven novels and has a successful writing career at the age of nine. His twin sister, Mary, is the nation's youngest gymnast to achieve sixteen gold medals and three world titles. The twins are mischievous but often forgotten about.
