- Frankie was waiting to get on the bus home after a long day at school. Frankie saw people were cutting the line to get on the bus before her.
- Jay noticed Frankie seemed upset and asked if she was okay. Instead of lashing out at Jay, Frankie took time to think about how she felt and invited Jay to her house for a chat.
- Frankie used the 20 minute bus ride home to notice and understand how she was feeling. This helped her to be able to talk openly with Jay.
