- Risk is a situation involving exposure to danger. For example taking drugs at a party and not knowing what the consequences will be.
- Do you guys know the difference between risk and addiction??
- Addiction is when someone compulsively takes drugs,alcohol or gambles and they cant stop without help.
- So your saying that prescription drugs are like antibiotics and painkillers?? and illicit drugs are like cannabis , ice or cocaine?
- Prescription drugs are pharmaceutical drugs that legally require a medical prescription to be dispensed. Some of these drugs can also be addictive and you need to be monitored by your doctor
- Illicit drugs are those that are illegal to make, sell, or use..
- You could say i'm not interested in that stuff it's addictive. Why would you even want to do that? Haven't you heard people have died taking that drug?
- Now, what are a few ways that you could say no to drugs??
- Or just be honest, say something along the lines of, i'm not into that or my mother would kill me if she found out or i'd be suspended from the team and i'm not willing to take the risk.
