- MAGNETIC FORCE
- Gravity is a force exerted by masses. Gravity pulls things to the center of the earth/planets. Gravitational force is everywhere and people, objects, and living things use them everyday without even noticing.
- ELASTIC FORCE
- Bungee cords are strong elastic cords that shoot you back up when the cord is at full extention.
- There four types of friction. Rolling friction is when a object rolls across a surface such as when a car is being driven across the rode. Sliding friction occurs when two or more solids slide across each other such as when a sled slides on snow. Static friction is when you are trying to push a couch and if you don't push hard enough then it wont go. Fluid friction is when a solid moves through a liquid.

- Compasses can be made up of iron, nickel, and cobalt.There are three types of magnets and they consist of Alnico Magnets, Ferrite Magnets, and Rare-Earth Magnets . Alnico Magnets are created out of aluminum, nickel, cobalt and are found in motors, microphones, and loud speakers. Ferrite magnets is Iron plus another material, these are the most common magnets. Rare-Earth magnets are made of rare metals such as neodymium and more, therefore this is your rarest magnet.
- Magnets are used in compasses to help people find their way.
- Elastic force consists of things that are springy and elastic. Hooke's Law is the force a spring exerts depends on how far it is stretched. Elastic things can stretch to maximum length before they snap due to tension. Things that are elastic include rubber bands, cloths, wires, taffy, gum, molting glass, etc. There are also springy things including car suspension, a spring, grip strengtheners, mechanical pens, box springs, and spring scales. Elastic forces are used in everyday life.
- These four forces are very important for daily life. These forces are also used in everyday life and people don't even realize it!
