Študenti bodo v tej dejavnosti dokončno razmislili o lastnih nivojih dobrega počutja. Vsako območje dobrega počutja je mogoče izmeriti in oceniti na podlagi lestvice od 1 (najnižja) do 5 (najvišja). Študente je treba spodbuditi, da dejansko preživijo čas in razmišljajo o vsaki stopnji dobrega počutja, saj bo ta prva dejavnost uporabljena kot podlaga za nadaljnje dejavnosti tega učnega načrta.
Ko so študenti dosegli raven dobrega počutja, morajo izbrati najnižja tri področja in opisati, zakaj so nizki. Študenti bi morali že oblikovati ideje o tem, kako lahko izboljšajo vsako področje do konca, ko so ga končali. Če imajo študentje vse petice, jih prosite, da izberejo tri področja in se pogovorijo, kako dosegajo te visoke zdravstvene ravni.
