UNDER THE MAJORITY OPINION WE BELIEVE THAT SIMPLY ALLOWING STUDENTS TO NOT SAY THE PRAYER UNLESS
Plantiff's Agrument:The actions werein violation of the Establishment Clause in the First amendment of the Constitution- YOU KNEW THAT!
Defendent's argument: I believe that if it wasnt exactly officially tied to a religion then the prayer was justified!- I dont see fault in that!
DURING THESE TIMES,INTRICATE MEASURES NEED TO BE TAKEN AS CHILDREN WILL SAY THE PRAYER UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF FRIENDS OR STAFF!
THEY WANT TO_ IS NOT ENOUGH SOLELY BASED ON HOW EASILY INFLUENCED THE CHILDREN ARE!
As Chief Justice I argue that the Establishment Clause was not directed towards prohibiting all government/religion involvement, only towards state sponsored chruches.
