250 grams All-Purpose Gluten-Free Flour Mix, 1 tsp whole or powdered psyllium husks, 1 tbsp baking powder, 1 1/2 tsp salt, 8 tbsp cold, unsalted butter, 3/4 c buttermilk, 1/4 c whole milk yogurt

Whisk together the four, psyllium husks, baking powder, and salt.
Put ingredients into a large mixing bowl and set aside
Cut the cold butter into 1/2 inch cubes
Dump the butter cubes into the flour mixture and mix until it resembles course crumbs
Make a well in the center of the ingredients
Mix together 1/3 c of the buttermilk and the yogurt in the well, then gently stir liquids into flour mixture
