So first it start with him heading to school on a frost morning.Manuel was the fourth of seven children and looked like a kid in a neighborhood.So he volunteered to be in a talent show to impress the girl especially Petra Lopez. When he got to school he forgot his math book but that ok because the are going to have a assemble for the talent show.

Manuel did not really think through because now he does not really want to be in the talent show. Since he is the talent show he want to sing La Bamba. Manuel fell a sleep knowing that nothing would go wrong for him in the talent show. The Next day his mom and dad beamed at him because they are very proud of him they were glad that he was in the talent show.

So Manuel did a little fancy dance when he got on to the stage. Then Manuel try another dance and there was a applause and also there was a scream. So Manuel start to sing but the record got stuck. So then Manuel can not believe his bad luck but the audience began to stand up and laugh. Next year, when they ask for volunteers for the talent show, he wouldn't raise his hand.
