Why is being Healthy so important?
This year coming to high school was a big change for me and i was nervous about whether i would make new friends. It isn't hard to make friends, there will always be 1 year 7 that likes the same things as you if not more.
A lot physical changes happen during puberty. It is the stage that happens between kid and adult, most teens go through it. You get hair all over your body like under your armpits, around your penis, you will also grow hair on your face. Another physical change that will happen to your body will be acne, acne is when you start to get pimples on your face and not just a few a lot of them, you will also start to notice that you will sweat a lot more but trust me all of these changes are normal and everyone goes through them.

Health and well-being changes are really important in Puberty, making sure that you are feeling good mentally and are in a good place. Making sure that you are getting outside. Another thing that is really important is that you are eating good foods and keeping active, staying active is vital because you don't want to become obese and sick.

In your spear time you want to be catching up with friends and having a good time playing some sport and having a laugh if your friend is in need you will be there for them and they will be there for you too. Keep close to your friends and stay in your friendships that is key to being social.
Who do I speak to?
You don't know when emotional changes could happen, you can go through mood swings which is when for e.g your friend punches you as a joke and you get all sad over it when you wouldn't usually. You could also get angry randomly one day and then the next day you could be super happy. Emotional changes link in really well with with mental changes because the two changes happen to your mind and affect your behaviour.
Even if you don't believe in god or have anything to do with religion you need to respect others because they might be going through a tough time and you need to be there to support them when they need it. Cultural changes means that people could be fasting food or doing something else that they need to do that is apart of their culture.
Mental changes happen really quickly so you need to prepared and speak to someone that you feel comfortable to speak to quickly, so you can be safe and in a happy place mentally.
